Story

owner tries his hard for saving his legacy business Satyanarayana Vilas
Hotel in Nidadavole which is running in loss. Satti Babu plans to
attract Madhavi (Isha Chawla), a health inspector in order to save his
business and the latter falls for him while Satti Babu’s twin brother
Ram Babu (Allari Naresh) helps him. Meanwhile Madhavi’s grandfather (M S
Narayana) fixes her wedding with a factionist Ugra Narasimha Reddy
(Posani Krishna Murali). How will Satti Babu win his love forms rest.
Performances
Allari Naresh does his best to entertain in dual roles. His comic timing and dialogue delivery are hilarious.
Isha Chawla looks a bit fat and needs to shed the extra kilos while she has performed well. Swathi Dixit looks glamorous.
Posani Krishna Murali is an asset for
the movie. He is apt for the role. Jaya Prakash Reddy, Raghu Babu brings
some laughs along with Thagubothu Ramesh. Rao Ramesh, MS Narayana are
wasted in poor roles. Other cast Dhanraj, Barath, Hema, Sana are there
to fill the screens.
Technical Analysis
Music is mediocre and the songs are
colorful and so is the background score. Cinematography is decent. Story
is routine while the screenplay is clichéd. Direction by E.Satti Babu
is poor. Editing is inconsistent, dialogues are good. Production values
are standard.
Analysis
Being an Allari Naresh starrer,
audiences would throng to theaters expecting good laughs. But Jump
Jilani offers nothing new but stale and routine comedy. In addition the
pace of the film moves at snail pace in the first half. And it’s only in
the second half, the real story and entertainment begins. Besides
Allari Naresh in dual roles, Posani Krishna Murali is the real asset for
the movie.
Logic goes for a toss and director Satti
Babu goes out of track. The film falls flat in the first half despite
the story has scope for loads of comedy. Though there are lots of good
prominent cast, the comedy hardly works due to poorly scripted roles.
This is just yet another film where the story shifts to seema backdrop
in latter half and the climax is abrupt.
Final Verdict
Jump Jilani- Routine and Loud!!!
